Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your Glama data, email spencer@goglama.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

Please include:

1. The Instagram handle you messaged us from.
2. The email and phone number you provided to Glama during onboarding.
3. A brief statement that you want your data deleted.

What we delete:

• Profile information you provided (e.g., email/phone, role, preferences)
• Message history stored by Glama (including DM logs)
• Call records/transcripts/summaries (if enabled and applicable)

What we may retain:

• A minimal suppression record (e.g., your handle or a hashed identifier) to ensure we respect your opt-out/deletion request
• Information we must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes

Timing: We'll process verified deletion requests as soon as practicable and within timeframes required by applicable law.
