Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glama ("Glama," "we," "us," or "our"), including our websites, apps, forms, communications, and matching and/or introduction services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
- What Glama does
Glama helps brands/merchants, creators, and agencies find and connect with each other. The Service may include intake forms, messaging, introductions, recommendations, shortlisting, and (if enabled) AI-assisted calls, transcripts, and summaries.
No guarantee. We do not guarantee that you will receive matches, deals, revenue, reach, or any particular outcome.
Instagram Direct Messages
If you contact Glama via Instagram DMs, we communicate on Instagram only by responding to DM messages you initiate. If you provide other contact details (email/phone), we may contact you there as described in Communications.
Send "glama-unsubscribe" in an Instagram DM to Glama to unsubscribe from the Service and stop receiving all communications (except to confirm your request). All DMs are stored for the purposes of quality Service operation.
- Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using Glama, you represent that you meet this requirement.
- Accounts and onboarding
You may be asked to provide contact details and profile information (e.g., social links, business info, preferences). You agree that information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it updated.
By providing contact details (such as an email address or phone number), you authorize Glama to contact you at those addresses/numbers for Service-related purposes as described in these Terms, including by email, SMS, and phone call (including automated or AI-assisted calls), to the extent you have requested or consented to that contact.
We may decline, suspend, or remove access to the Service to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
- Introductions and contact sharing (double opt-in)
Glama may share a limited profile preview (e.g., name/handle, niche/category, public social links, high-level fit notes) with potential matches.
Direct contact details (email) are shared only after both parties opt in to connect.
- Your responsibilities
You agree not to:
- harass, discriminate, threaten, or abuse others
- spam or send misleading outreach
- impersonate any person or brand
- scrape, bulk-collect, or misuse data obtained via Glama
- use the Service to violate any law, platform rules, or third-party rights
You are responsible for how you communicate with matches and for complying with the rules of any platform you use (Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.).
- Communications
We may contact you using the details you provide (including email, SMS, phone call, and Instagram DMs) to operate the Service—e.g., onboarding, confirmations, support, safety notices, and notifying you that a match is available.
If you provide an email address or phone number, you agree that Glama may send you Service-related communications to that address/number. Calls or messages may be placed using third-party providers. You are responsible for any carrier fees.
- AI features, calls, and recordings (if enabled)
All calls/messages will be recorded and/or transcribed for the purposes of quality Service operation. You're responsible for any carrier fees associated with calls or messages.
- Third-party services
Glama uses third-party providers for hosting, analytics, communications (email/SMS/telephony), and AI processing. Your use of the Service may involve those providers processing data on our behalf.
- Intellectual property
Glama and its content/software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.
- Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Glama is not a party to any agreement you make with another user. Any deal terms (payment, deliverables, timelines, usage rights) are between you and the counterparty.
- Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glama will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service or any introductions.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Glama from claims arising from your use of the Service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms or any law/platform policy.
- Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for safety, legal compliance, or violations of these Terms.
- Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll provide notice (e.g., via the website or email). Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
